You may understand exactly why you react the way you do, yet your body doesn't seem to have gotten the message.

Maybe you constantly feel on edge, shut down during conflict, replay conversations for hours afterward, struggle to trust yourself, or notice physical symptoms that don't seem to make sense. You tell yourself you're safe now—but your body still prepares for danger.

There is nothing wrong with you.

Our nervous systems are designed to protect us. Sometimes, after difficult experiences, they continue using old survival strategies long after the danger has passed. Those responses once helped you survive, but now they may leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

My approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we'll become curious about what your mind and body are trying to communicate. We'll explore how past experiences, relationships, and stress have shaped the ways you respond today—not to blame the past, but to help your nervous system recognize that life is different now.

Using a blend of somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, we'll work to help your body experience safety rather than simply think about it. Therapy isn't about forcing yourself to "get over it." It's about creating enough safety, understanding, and compassion that your nervous system no longer needs to stay in survival mode.

My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges, and free to respond from the present instead of reacting from the past. Let's get started.
