Service information

  • Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy via telehealth for adults across New York State seeking to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and navigate life transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Therapy sessions are collaborative and paced in a way that suits you. Whether you’re working through anxiety, identity challenges, trauma, or patterns that keep you feeling stuck, we’ll focus on uncovering the root causes and building tools for lasting emotional well-being.

  • Specialties

My work centers on supporting individuals who are:

    - Navigating major life transitions (e.g. career, relationships, milestones)

    - Processing family-of-origin challenges and healing intergenerational trauma

    - Learning to set boundaries and prioritize their own needs

    - Managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and challenges with self-esteem, confidence, or self-doubt

    - Reconnecting with their emotions and developing self-compassion

  • Therapeutic Approach

My approach is gentle but active- rooted in curiosity, cultural humility, and the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and safe enough to explore new ways of being that may look very different from how we were raised.

Drawing from  both evidence-based and experiential models including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, ACT, and Relational-Cultural Theory, I help clients identify and shift self-limiting beliefs, deepen emotional awareness, and strengthen connection with themselves and others. Our work often also will include reflecting on personal values and using somatic techniques that foster grounding, presence, and a sense of wholeness in the body.
